— About injctr

Built by someone who's actually run things.

Twenty years in the room where the people calls get made.

Most of it as a senior operator, most recently as a Chief Operating Officer. Then three years of real personal change shifted how I think about growth, pressure, and the people you need around you.

So I stepped out to build something that helps founders and small teams with the parts that actually move a business. That's INJCTR.

Ben Dufty injctr group Founder Formerly COO

I've spent 20 years inside businesses — operating, leading, building, hiring, driving change. Watching what holds when it gets hard, and what doesn't. injctr exists because most SMEs and startups don't need another advisor. They need someone who's been on the other side of the table.

Someone who knows what scaling actually feels like, what change actually costs, and how to make the modern tool stack work for a business still trying to get its operating model right.

Two offerings under one roof. Injct.px for the people layer. Injct.shift for the growth and change layer. Both built on the same belief: the senior thinking should be in the room, and the relationship matters as much as the result.

— How I work

Six principles. No exceptions.

01

Honest first

I tell you what's actually happening, even when it's not what you wanted to hear. Especially then.

02

Approachable, always

Every engagement is a relationship. The same person you'd grab a beer with, doing the work properly. No advisor mode, no professional distance.

03

C-suite in the room

The person doing the thinking is the person you talk to. C-suite-level expertise, every call. No junior team learning on your retainer.

04

Built to leave

Whatever I build, you keep — systems, processes, playbooks, the lot. Designed for handover from day one.

05

Plain language

No transformation. No synergy. No human-centric solutions. I say what I mean.

06

Network on tap

Connected to a network of like-minded businesses. When the work needs more hands or different skills, I know who to bring in.
